Why me
For more than 30 years I didn't just hold leadership roles. I was formed inside one of the most deliberate leadership systems in the world, one built to turn newcomers into leaders of thousands, drawing on hard-won lessons about how people behave under pressure, learned long before anyone called it a science. I led and taught at every level of it, in high-stakes environments across the U.S. and Europe. Now I help companies build the same thing for themselves: a system that supports its leaders, adapts as the company changes, and grows new leaders from within.
